Getting Answers: Email Support System We wanted to let you know that we're about to simplify the way we answer questions you submit to us via the Feedback Page on our developer site. We are cutting out the middleman. We will now get back to you directly via email. You will still be assigned a Request ID so we can track your issue, but the process will become less cumbersome. We are not changing how the Developer Forum (devforum.openwave.com) operates, and this will continue to be the best place for getting answers to your technical questions about developing mobile applications that interact with Openwave Technology. What's New The Carrier Listing: we have fixed a number of links and added new customers. Third Party Tools Page: to add your products, use our listing form. If you have suggestions for Third Party Tool listings, use the Feedback Form. Supported Phones List: during the month, we're adding new phones to the current listings. |
