Chapter 3: Creating a Dynamic HDML Service
This chapter describes how to create dynamic HDML services. Specifically, it describes how to:
- Set up a dynamic service
- Dynamically generate decks and digests
- Extract UP.Phone, user, and UP.Link server information from HTTP requests
- Invalidate decks in the UP.Phone cache to force the UP.Phone to reload them
- Send faxes on the behalf of UP.Phone subscribers
- Request user preference information, such as the user's time zone preference
The UP.SDK provides a variety of sample utility libraries that help you perform these tasks. For complete library information, see the UP.SDK Tools and APIS Reference.
